HillCrew Hub is a boutique industrial estate in Ipswich, Australia, offering flexible warehouse, showroom, office, and industrial spaces for growing businesses.
I was responsible for the complete website process, from interface design in Figma to development using WordPress and Elementor.
1. Understanding the Project
The website needed to clearly communicate HillCrew’s property offering, location advantages, available units, building specifications, and leasing opportunities.
The main goal was to help potential tenants understand the available spaces and quickly submit an enquiry.
Key users included:
Trades and construction businesses
E-commerce and distribution companies
Retail and showroom operators
Light manufacturing businesses

2. Design and Development Process
I started by organising the website content and user journey around property discovery and lead generation.
My process included:

High-fidelity design in Figma
Reusable design system

WordPress and Elementor development
Contact and property enquiry forms
Performance and responsive testing
The design system defined consistent typography, colours, spacing, buttons, cards, forms, property details, and responsive behaviour.
I then translated the approved Figma designs into reusable Elementor sections, allowing the website content and available units to be updated without rebuilding the entire layout.

The final website provides a clear and professional experience for businesses searching for industrial and commercial property in Ipswich.
