Stage 1. Project Initiation & Planning

Initiated the CMF website project with a detailed planning phase, outlining key objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Conducted meetings with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with CMF’s brand and business goals. Established a clear communication channel between the development team and CMF’s management to maintain transparency throughout the project.

Stage 2. Usability Audit & Research

Led a comprehensive usability audit of CMF’s existing online presence and competitor analysis. Engaged with hospital staff, patients, and other stakeholders through interviews and surveys to gather insights into user needs and pain points. Identified critical areas for improvement, particularly in patient appointment booking, information accessibility, and overall user navigation.

Stage 3. Development Strategy

Formulated a development strategy centered on building a user-friendly and informative website on Kajabi, prioritizing a streamlined user flow, responsive design, and easy content management for CMF staff. Developed a detailed project roadmap, segmenting the work into manageable sprints, and setting clear milestones for short-term and long-term goals.

Stage 4. Content & Design Coordination

Coordinated the content creation and design teams to ensure that the website accurately reflected CMF’s expertise and services. Supervised the creation of engaging and informative content, focusing on patient education and service promotion. Ensured that the design was both aesthetically pleasing and functional, with a focus on accessibility and ease of navigation.

Stage 5. Development & Testing

Oversaw the development phase, ensuring that the website was built according to specifications using Kajabi’s platform. Facilitated regular code reviews and testing cycles to identify and resolve any issues early in the process. Conducted usability testing with a sample group of users to validate the design and functionality, ensuring a seamless experience for CMF’s patients.

Stage 6. Launch & Post-Launch Support

Managed the launch of the CMF website, coordinating with the marketing team to promote the new site to the public. Provided ongoing support during the post-launch phase, monitoring user feedback and analytics to identify potential improvements. Worked closely with CMF staff to ensure they were trained and comfortable managing the website’s content and updates using Kajabi’s tools.

Outcomes

The CMF website launch was a success, providing patients with a more accessible and informative online experience. The project significantly improved CMF’s online visibility and patient engagement, with positive feedback highlighting the site’s ease of use and professional design. This project reinforced my expertise in leading complex web development projects and deepened my understanding of the healthcare sector’s unique digital needs.

DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT

A clear path from insight to launch

Each phase reduced uncertainty before development began. Research shaped the product direction, prototypes tested the experience, and close collaboration helped the final build stay true to the design.

01

Discover the real problem

Audit the current experience, speak with users, and identify the moments creating friction or uncertainty.

02

Define the product direction

Translate findings into priorities, user flows, and a focused roadmap that connects user needs with business goals.

03

Prototype and validate

Move from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, testing key interactions before engineering effort is committed.

04

Build, review, and launch

Partner with developers through implementation, review visual details, test the live experience, and refine after launch.

THE FINAL EXPERIENCE

A polished product ready for real users

The final experience brings the research, interaction decisions, and visual system together in one coherent product. The result is easier to understand, more efficient to use, and structured for a confident development handoff.
